What are they charging every one for return postage? The company is forcing me to pay $24.99 for the return postage for my order of 9 8mm tapes. Yet the first order they returned in May for 11 BIGGER VHS tapes was only $14.99. A $10 jump in 32 days?

I had to pay 24.99 for return postage for both my boxes. We sent 13 VHS tapes in each. I thought that was outrageous, but I paid it anyway.

I did not pay anything but they added $250 to my bill. After waiting over a year I felt lucky to get my stuff back

I am sorry I don't remember. I didn't feel I should have to pay anything as I believe return postage was part of my groupon that I originally bought and they didn't perform any services for me at all... but at that point I was just so happy that they agreed to return them I would pretty much have paid anything to get my memories back! I was scared they had lost them and also after I paid them the return postage they didn't send them back for weeks and I had to call twice to follow up with that.
