I have a virus I can't find. I'm no dummy on PC's But this one is impossible I have used hijackthis unlocker, T. F. C and am running paid for Kerpaskey... er. Excuse the spelling Medoin Laptop 8 months old. Windows 10 Even tried Combofix. But it wont let me run it Ccleaner, I know were they normally hide, and can get rid of the virusis myself. This time I'm stumped?
Yes, I was approached by PCtech24, Mike Potter, because he said my computer (a new one) had lots of problems, carried over from my old computer. He charged me $399.99 for advice 24/7 for one year. He also put Microsoft programs on my computer and said they would protect my computer for a lifetime. I am a bit nervous dealing with them as they sent me details and a type of contract and then when I contacted them and they had control of my computer, the documents supplied were gone. Are they a reputable company or not
