When I try to enter it locks me out I had to change my password every time I entered but to no avail. I even try and access my account directly through the Payoneer.com site as opposed to entering via th Post Office but the same situation exists.

I sent some money to my payoneer card almost a day now. normally i would recieve the money instantly. but up to now no money and no explanation as to why. i contacted upwork and i was told that the money was sent payoneer just needs to accept it for it to be visible within my account. what's the problem?
