Hi Zoom,

We are based in California and we have a distribution center in Hong Kong, which is where most of our items come and ship from.

Please note that our 3-13 processing time frame is the time needed to prepare your order for shipment.
The items in your order will have to go through this process, for us to be able to secure stocks in some cases and ensure quality before shipment for delivery.
After your order has shipped, Shipping to Vietnam takes 5-8 business days.
