Why are there so many negative reviews? i have just ordered the heavy user detox and found one positive review. i don't expect you to say anything except "our product works" but i want you to know i have a huge job on the line and now i'm terrified after reading so many negative reviews. i just want to vent.

Cause it doesn't work it's snake oil. You are better off not smoking for 2-4 weeks while using a long detox system.
