Why are there so many negative reviews? I have just ordered the heavy user detox and found one positive review. I don't expect you to say anything except "Our product works" but I want you to know I have a huge job on the line and now I'm terrified after reading so many negative reviews. I just want to vent.

Cause it doesn't work it's snake oil. You are better off not smoking for 2-4 weeks while using a long detox system.
