I think the office is in Texas but they ship from all over.usually ships from company they buy part from.so could be anywhere.,
I wrote Better Business Bureau. Still waiting on an answer. They told me that they have a 30 day return policy. With Covid-19 going on it's hard to get a mechanic to do work at your home so if you fall outside that time limit, they won't refund you. Furthermore they guarantee correct fitment, but send you wrong parts and you can't send back for correct one or get a refund.
