What made you choose parktowneapthomes.com over similar businesses?

Answer:

When I signed my lease in 2016 it was a well run building with luxury amenities. Today, it is a poorly run building, and they bill you for the same amenities which were supposed to be free.

It is a legal company managed by Aimco. They manage many large apartment complexes in USA

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at parktowneapthomes.com?

Answer:

I called Scott Sealey- No answer. I sent an email to the general manager Scott- no answer. I sent 2 emails to the two regional managers whose contact info is listed on Park Towne Premier resident portal - no answer. I left messages at corporate headquarters- no answer.
