I moved in 2016, and back then gave Park Towne Premier 5 stars. It was a very well managed building with luxury amenities and pool. It is now 2019 and things have changed for much worse. The old management has left, replaced by rude, terse, aloof concierges and staff who know nothing about customer service. Last week I was kicked out of the elevator by a new employee (concierge) who was reserving an elevator for the movers. The movers let me into the elevator because the other elevator in the building was broken, but she screamed, and yelled and was not allowing me to go up to my unit with the movers. Apparently she was in charge of disciplining the residents, and I had violated her rules by using the elevator. Had you seen this building 3 years ago, the entire staff was courteous and treated residents with much respect, like a true luxury building. Now the staff will do Nothing. They simply turn their faces and say Not My Job. The second problem is the pool. They now sell pool cabanas to non-residents for $2000. Now the residents can no longer enjoy the property which they pay for, because outsiders get VIP access to the cabanas. Oh, and the noise levels (it is a dog friendly building) and the poop in the hallways are also "none of their business". Don't rent here.

I have purchased one dress from Reiss, but I see that theysell well tailored, classy dresses of very good quality. I will definitely buy again.

In general, I like the concept of renting clothes, but beware of certain practices of RTR that you may not be aware of. 1) Their cloth shipping bags are filthy. They attract a ton of dirt that you are bringing into your home, and often they are full of moths. I had a moth infestation that destroyed my expensive wool rug plus a closet full of cashmere sweaters. RTR was not responsible because I couldn't prove the moths were theirs. They offered me no compensation whatsoever. 2) I tried posting this incident online, but RTR pays many review sites, so they take down bad reviews from Yelp and other sites. When you see their high ratings, it is because they delete the bad ones. 3) Often they delay shipments when they think you are renting too muh. I have the unlimited plan, which should mean I get unlimited access to clothes. Now they are delaying unlimited shipments so that you will upgrade your account for an additional $39 and get 5 items. To delay shipments so you have no choice but upgrade. 4) Their customer service is horrible. They are simply responsible for nothing.
