They do not answer your e-mail. This company is in China. Where can we return the merchandise if we are not satified? They took our money very fast, but the delivery is very long. When U will receive the dresses, U will not believe that ordered that...

Very difficult. Email is your only option. It seems that they have an army of customer service employees just waiting to send you obfuscating emails, but is probably just a BOT.
