Clothing flimsy, materials terrible, cut for small Asian women, took forever to arrive. Returned both garments to specified location, received notice from USPS that package was delivered, a month ago. No refund received. I may be filing a complaint against this shoddy company with the CT attorney general, if they do not process a refund ASAP. Do not buy from this company.

I ordered a necklace and dress. They came in mail but were really bad quality. I emailed them to return. They gave me an address to return items which I did. I never got my money back and they won't respond to my emails now. Someone needs to stop them. They are ripping people off!

BEWARE! Better Business Bureau reports that this is Chinese Company therefor they cannot receive complaints on this business. The websites for some reason have an American Flag along the top menu bar. The only thing American is the warehouse which is the return address. Beware! The company also runs the website ZoeSweet. Bottom of dress is not hemmed. It is just serged stitching all the way around. Material is very thin, see through, almost sheer. Still waiting for reply to email to return and get a refund. I feeling I'm going to eat the cost on this.
Beware, don't buy from this company. The dresses may look amazing, but this is not what you get. They ship cheap poorly made items that do not match their size chart. They refuse to return your money but continue to ask for more things, pictures, receipts, item numbers. They did not send a order confirmation, they did not send a track number, they refused to send a shipping return address until after 30 days. Order is disputed with credit card, they are disputing the dispute and still refusing to accept the return. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD!
The dresses are made "very, very" small. Even if they had written to take one size over, it is still to small (large instead of medium). And the quality now? I think I never saw dresses cut in so bad materials... Well, the insurance of the parcel is $8.00 US for 3 dresses. Believe me, it is the real value for that quality...
The company is in China. I do not know where we can complain. If someone know, please tell me. Do not ever buy anything from this company. Also, the same dresses are sold by "B" company. Oh! The photos are wonderful! They are "tricky"...
My earlier review was titled "Where is my promised refund?" I had purchased two dresses from Parahop in June.
In September, I actually received a refund of US$58.90 form Parahop. It should have been US$68.85.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
I have placed an order with Parahop for a dress close to 2 months ago. I have neither received the dress and keep getting automated responses despite repeated follow up, and also a parallel follow up with IndiaPost, on Twitter. This is preposterous. They are frauds!
