I have emailed you several times no reply and definetly no compensation, yes you have replied on here but in all honesty i think it is very tokenistic as the duty of care you put on customer satisfaction and quality of work is definetly a zero. No personal messages in going forward nothing???? so i do question about the 5 stars people have given.. as i have had such bad service and a failure to top it off...
