If the order is not in the packing stage we can cancel the order prior to dispatch, if the order is already in the process of being prepared for shipment, once the order has arrived you can request a return direct via your account for your ballet shoes

Are the bags like couch bags authentic?

Honestly doll I don't think they are. The one I got in the picture and site info looked really nice and when it arrived looked really cheap. With working full time it becomes a hassle to return and honestly they don't have proper return policies..
