Hello, is what im reading true you are a scam? Where is my item i ordered?

Last week, I posted this reply to one of my emails: Jeff (Outdoors Online) Jan 5, 9:13 AM CST Hello, I understand you're concerned about the status of your order. I checked your account and I can see that your order has already been shipped and is currently in transit. Kindly take note that delivery time takes between 10-15 business days. Please allow us the same amount of time to deliver your order safely. We appreciate your patience in this case. Also, please be advised that the items in the order have been shipped in separately and will not be in the same package. Upon further checking, I've found that we've encountered some delays while processing the order, but as soon as it was resolved, we were also able to ship out your order. It normally takes 3-5 business days for us to obtain your order and prepare it for shipment. However, unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause certain delays. I do apologize that it has taken longer than usual. We thank you for your patience. I hope this helps. We look forward to seeing you again soon. Same as everyone else, I placed an order December 15, 2016 and have not received the items. I have emailed numerous times and called a phone number and left a message. No reply. Today I tried the "live chat" which is also a road to nowhere. No one responds and they tell you to call the number. I will be reporting this a fraud tomorrow 1/9/16 to my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE A SCAM AND FRAUD.
