Your web site said the item would be charged when shipped. After order placed. You charged me and a 30 day wait.
How do they get away with ripping off customers and what recourse do we have
I order several items before August 1st. Now over 10 days later I'm receiving. Email saying the items are out of Stock. Bad Service You SUCK.
