Answer:

They ripped us off too. I'm going to file a BBB complaint and will mention I'm not the only one the took $$ from and never delivered my order and accused us of lying about it.

Your web site said the item would be charged when shipped. after order placed. you charged me and a 30 day wait.

I order several items before august 1st. now over 10 days later i'm receiving. email saying the items are out of stock. bad service you suck.

Why so long to get refund only 50 or 60 miles away.should have done background check first shame on me
