Your web site said the item would be charged when shipped. After order placed. You charged me and a 30 day wait.

How do they get away with ripping off customers and what recourse do we have

Answer:
They ripped us off too. I'm going to file a BBB complaint and will mention I'm not the only one the took $$ from and never delivered my order and accused us of lying about it.
