I don't get a response by email on my order #103451117. ordered on nov. 24, 2016 and email said it was shipped and gave tracking # with usps saying in transit. called usps and they have no record of it. the company commonwealth is a scam. i never got my order and they charged my card. i'd like a refund. can you help? thank you.

Question:

I ordered several items form open sky. the order came in three separate packages. the size of the clothing i purchased did not fit and now i have to return them. the other item ordered was a package of three ten foot iphone charging cords. i only received one of the three. i sent at email to cs@vistashops.com, but now am worried that i will never get the merchandise i paid for. please help! thanks

Still have not received my order order #103490801 on november 28, 2016

However, they have not posted any updates since December 2,2016, which is a bit unusual. The delivery is most likely just held up a bit due the busy holiday shopping season, but it may be a good idea to check in with USPS and see if they can give you an update that is not reflected in the tracking information. When i tried to purchase a sale set of sheets today, after filling out all my credit information, in small print i found the message that you would not accept credit card. why wait to tell me that until after i gave you my info? seems shady to me.

Do they ship to canada?

I heard you dont have a customer service? can you return an item, that you are not satisfied with?

Hi Lisa! Almost all items sold on OpenSky can be returned for any reason. Our standard return policy allows customers to return items within 14 days of delivery, but we actually have an extended holiday return policy in place now, which allows any returnable items to be returned all the way through January 31,2017.
