Can you tell me how i earned a credit of 85 from open sky?

Never ordered from opensky before. can you not use paypal to pay for purchases? and what is a customer service phone # in case i order and have an issue?

I ordered and now have on the bed the bamboo 1800 series. the fitted bottom sheet does not stay on. i have to put it back on every morning. tomorrow they'll go in the wash and then in the garage sale bin, since apparently i could only return for 14 days. also, i returned the much too small plaid shirt, within 2 days, but have heard nothing. not very satisfactory customer service.
