What form of payment did you provide? 7x is far too many times to request a reply. They usually do respond, so not sure why they have not. Regardless, if you are not getting satisfaction, try disputing the charge with your credit card co. And/or bank. Hope this helps.

If you paid via credit card, put the charge in dispute with the credit card company. This will likely get their attention. If they don't respond, the charge will be negated.
I have not returned any items... I never received items. My review was regarding not receiving items ordered and not about items received or returned.
