I replied to their initial order confirmation email. But this is 3+ months ago. I'm sur by now they have THOUSANDS of complaints. Why they are allowed to continue doing business is beyond me.

I was able to reach Open Sky customer line, only to get a recording saying that due to high call volume I should email. The email they refer to however is not correct: you will get a response asking to email a different mailbox.
Sorry I can't remember the phone number: it was either on their website or my order slip that came with my purchase.
