I tried to use the credit they offered me for signing up. But it wasn't applied to my purchase.

Hi jo e.! We apologize for the confusion surrounding this matter. OpenSky hosts thousands of merchants, and many (but not all) of them accept our credits on eligible products. If the product you are interested in is credit eligible, you will automatically see the discounted price advertised on the site and the discount will remain in place when you add the item to your cart.
