I tried to order a necklace many times and cannot get past the log in. I try to log in through Facebook. I log in through Facebook and Open Sky tells me that I need to create a password. When I do that, it says that they already have an email account by that name. It will not allow me to log in with my original email and password. Meanwhile, I lost the discount. I finally gave up and decided to unsubscribe. I couldn't believe that in order to unsubscribe, I had to log in. If I could log in, I wouldn't have to unsubscribe. How do you unsubscribe when OpenSky will not allow you to log in?

Have you already created a username & password on the OpenSky home page? Their website is rather difficult to navigate & it's easy to be frustrated. I'm angry because I tried for the second time, thinking it was something wrong that I did. When I went to my cart & it said to place order, it went right to PayPal without my approval & charged my card. I was looking for a space to enter my 20% discout code. I cancelled the order immediately. I won't deal with this company anymore. They are strictly a middle man offering a shady way doing business. I'm glad I read all the other reviews. As soon as I get my refund, I'll cut ties with them permanently. Your issue of having to log in to unsubscribe is ridiculous. I unsubscribe from sites all the time & this is a first time hearing this, at least to my knowledge & experiences. Buyer Beware is all I can add to this. PS have you tried unsubscribing from one of your emails from them?
