As a seller on eBay, I am considering selling on OpenSky. After all these reviews though, I am now unsure. Is their a problem with shipping and communication between the buyer and seller? Can the the buyer ask the seller a question about the product? Does the seller actually ship the item to their customer? Or does OpenSky handle the entire transaction including shipping?

Hi Nicholas! As Mary mentioned, if you were to see on OpenSky, you will be responsible for shipping your products to your buyers. Although you are certainly welcome to communicate with your buyers directly, we do our best to handle most buyer support inquiries. To whomever can help me, I just left a detailed message, I'm not sure why the company is closed when it's only 2:00 pm Eastern time and the message says your hours are until 5:00 Pm. I ordered a watch on Dec 22nd order number 101814563, and as of today, Dec. 31st no watch. I would like to talk to an agent, no more emails. Thank you Jackie I left my number on the message... I wish I read the reviews before I ordered this watch.

I would stay well clear of Open Sky. I cannot see this website lasting much longer. Just look at all the negative reviews, that is all one has to do. I had to absolutely no contact with the seller, not even the courtesy of a response to a letter mailed directly to them following my very bad experience. The seller mails the items ordered, or does not as seems to be the case more often than not. Think long and hard before joining this bunch.
