I see a lot of reviews about the extra charges, but my main concern is are the tickets I was emailed real? Have people had issues with the e-Tickets being fake?

why do the tickets come as a screenshot on an email
I cannot get a response from the contact us addresses given on their website. It's regarding delivery of tickets.
