Question:

How many books do i have to read and review before i get my first payment?

Answer:

Hi, Vicky, Thank you for reaching out! The way it works *at this time* is as follows: You won't be paid for your first review, so you'd have to read at least two books to get your first payment. The first review would have to meet the guidelines for you to become eligible for a paid review. You could kind of look at it as a trial run or virtual interview, in a sense. Both the website and the Review Team are completely free to join, and all the pertinent information like the above should be contained on the website FAQs and the Review Team "Guidelines and Basics" page. If you have any further questions, please check the website FAQs and for the Review Team "Guidelines and Basics" page. If the question isn't answered there, use the contact form on the website to let the moderators and I know the missing information or unanswered questions so we can not only give you the answer but add the information to the official FAQs or instruction pages. There is a contact link on every page of the website. The difficulty with any answers posted here is that the information is all subject to change, so others in the future could become misinformed. (This answer will be here for years and years for example, and the website itself is already over 10 years old.) The best way to distribute the information is through the official FAQs or the official instruction pages. The official website FAQs will be updated as software updates and such are made. If you still need to sign up for the Review Team, here is the link to do that: http://onlinebookclub.org/free-books-for-reviews.php Signing up is completely free, and "signing up" doesn't obligate you to actually end up selecting a book to read or review. I hope my answer is helpful!:) Thank you, Scott
