I am looking to book a flight from Barcelona to Florence and from Venice back to Barcelona. I found the exact flights needed on onetravel but the review on this company aren't very good.

Question:

They were sending me an itinerary with out an e-ticket, they called us and said that they fix it, but when called the airlines they told us that it's an active reservation only. They issued a new itinerary with an e-ticket number now so hoping that it's legit. Called them again because my fligth will be tomorrow and one travel said that they fix it and confirmed all the information. So praying that this time they really fix it... called one travel maybe 35-50 times for this two months advance reservation have to stay hours and hours to know the status of my booking made two months ago.

Question:

I am still waiting for a ticket for a paid reservation 2 months ago your waiting 24-48 hours turn into 10 days. When all you need to do is purchase the ticket with the money I paid for the service. When can I get my ticket for my March 27,2015 fligth, waited for six years to make this fligth to see my family and work hard but it seems that it's turning hopeless. Where is my ticket one travel?

Answer:
You will not get a ticket from one travel, or most other online sites. You should have received a reservation code with the email confirming your ticket purchase. That email has a code but it won't work to access the airline itself. You just print the email out and take that to the airline. I would call the airline directly and confirm your ticket is booked. I've booked quite a few flights from One Travel, and while there are some issues, the prices are great and I've never had a problem getting on my flights.
