They were sending me an itinerary with out an e-ticket, they called us and said that they fix it, but when called the airlines they told us that it's an active reservation only. They issued a new itinerary with an e-ticket number now so hoping that it's legit. Called them again because my fligth will be tomorrow and one travel said that they fix it and confirmed all the information. So praying that this time they really fix it... called one travel maybe 35-50 times for this two months advance reservation have to stay hours and hours to know the status of my booking made two months ago.
