Basically I bought a flight ticket from Narita to vienna and At the airport, I found out the flight is canceled. I had to buy new one with very expensive price at the airport. They didn't inform me and I couldn't get refund for my full-paid ticket yet. I claimed several times but they don't reply my message. What should I do? Should I sue them? I need your advice seriously.
