No you can't. I've been trying for weeks because they sent me a dress 6 inches too short and it was covered in stains. They are refusing to give me my money back even though I've sent pictures for evidence. They are very rude and told me it's no good to them and there's nothing wrong with it! Horrible company

Don't buy any clothes... that company is absolutely horrible. My dress came in wrong size and not very well quality. And return takes long way long time dont waist ur money

They sent the wrong colour of the dress and were not happy I was contacting them regarding this I still have the dress as the cost of returning it was expensive would never recommended anyone use this company.

When I went to return the dress. They refused to accept it unless I sent them pictures of proof that is was dirty. They also wanted proof that it wasnt me that made them dirty. They then wanted me to prove they were the wrong size. Its a joke. Would strongly advise you to avoid thos website

Yes you can but you pay for the delivery not sure if you will get a refund from them though, they are very rude and take disliking to things being returned.
