Hi

I recieved my dress yesterday and the fitting is perfect. I am happy with everything apart from that it arrived in the wrong colour.

This is a bridesmaids dress and the wedding is only 2 weeks away.

Is there any way I can get the right colour sent to me within the quickest time frame possible?

About how long does it take to ship the dress
I ordered a dress back in February and still haven't received my dress. I spoke with someone on another order and they informed me that it was held up in customs due to OKdress not getting with someone to pick up at customs? Could this still be the issue for not received!
My dress is still processing but the money has been taken out of my account what should I do? I cant track my parcel.

Why do you say ''co.uk'' if you are not shipping from the UK? I've been tricked before by the same kind of companies, bad experience. I was interested in a dress from your site, they look gorgeous, but after reading the reviews. I am totally concerned. Sizes smaller than ordered, faulties, dresses unfinished., really! How can I be sure I get what I order?
If I order a dress and it doesn't fit can I return it
Just wondering about the returns policy ei if I dont like the dress, can I return it?
