I purchased two pair of glasses on February 27,2015 to this day I did not receive my order. After contacting several months NYcoptics offer me a refund. When I contacted Customer Service I was told in April 23,2015 by Samantha Stein that she have refunded the money in my account. To this day the company did not do it because the bank did not receive the money and the deposit does not shows any credit in my account. I want a full refund I want to complain against the company. Are they robbing me? What is going on? I want some help the company cause much grievance to me so please a want get a full refund. File an immediate complaint with your bank. Then keep checking to make sure they don't charge you again in the future!

I went through my bank to file a dispute because I used my debit card. None of the responses from "Samantha Stein" made any sense to me. Even if they happen to be a legitimate business their customer service is beyond poor.

I got mine but i have read that other people have had problems. I am going through this with Opticstyles.com. Also. They didn't send me frames and they said they had refunded my money but it never showed up. I filed a dispute with my bank and the company bas two months to respond. That is what I would do if I were you.
