File an immediate complaint with your bank. Then keep checking to make sure they don't charge you again in the future!

Question:
When should I expect my new glasses?
Question:
Is it free shipping
Answer:
I don't believe so. I have since found that I can buy my frames on eBay and send them to lens factory (on-line site) with a copy of my prescription, and it costs much less. It doesn't take any more time.
For a small shipping charge, lens factory sends you a box with a return shipping label to send your frames and copy of prescription in. I can get decent bifocal progressives for around $110. That is about a third of what I paid for the lenses from NYC OPTICS and about a fourth of what they cost at my optometrist's office!
If you go with NYCOptics, don't try to use the phone number. I had to do all my business with them through email.
I decided that since my purchase is guaranteed with ebay, after a couple of bad experiences with other places on-line it is more reassuring to go with them and know that I don't have to fight to get my money back.
