Hi this is tina i ordered for one tumbler that is for a month n my weight is 75kgs n how much r u people giving me in a month... as i dont workout nor do i follow ur diet chart... so how much vil i reduce

Hi Tina, It is not mandatory for you to do workout but you should go for walking after having meal because it prevents your tummy to be increased. I person whose metabolism performs well may reduce 3-4 kgs in one one but it is depend on the performance of your metabolism.
