on 4/4/17HI Paul. Are you simply trying to slingshot back into AT&T as a new customer? I'm not entirely sure if they monitor such behavior. NumberBarn hasn't had trouble porting from or to AT&T, but I'd hate to see you port into NumberBarn and not be able to accomplish what you ultimately want.
