Because I was stupid clearly. Novant is the worst and not worth your time or money.

Not my choice called 911 for emergent care. Taken to that horrific ER for the worst non care ever. Who filed fraudulently claim to my insurance company and was paid thousands of dollars for me to sit in er lobby the entire time.
