Answer:

First sleeve was skoal xtra crisp. No charge from customs. Next order was 3 bags of chewing tobacco. Customs tried to charge what it would cost here plus duty. $129.11. Of course i refused the parcel. I will try 1 more time though its definitely worth it. I heard its completely up to the customs officer as to if they want to charge u or not. Hope this helps.

Probably never or if so, it will take them at least a month... Try to order with literally anyone else...
