I waited for 2 weeks for the package to arrive and after couple more days after I asked the support where it was, they told me they hadn't sent it yet!
Refund is probably never to be seen. Luckily for them, they're not an EU company, because this business conduct would cause them some serious trouble...
Tip for consumers: Don't shop at northerner, you will only lose money...
