Northerner does not seem to answer the contact emails (3 sent from their site). Is there a phone number to call? I have had my order "processing" for a month.

I've ordered from Northerner since 2015, about 13 orders-260 tins of Copenhagen...until the end of Dec 2016, their service desk was quick to answer questions...but starting in 2017, I have not gotten any answers on a shipment that they said was shipped and I was charged for, but has not arrived. On this site, a Northerner rep was proactively answering comments...what happened?
Has anyone made a purchase in Taiwan? Should I expect customs issues?
