I've ordered from Northerner since 2015, about 13 orders-260 tins of Copenhagen...until the end of Dec 2016, their service desk was quick to answer questions...but starting in 2017, I have not gotten any answers on a shipment that they said was shipped and I was charged for, but has not arrived. On this site, a Northerner rep was proactively answering comments...what happened?
