Answer:

I've ordered for Japan, but not Taiwan. In JPN, there aren't custom issues, but you do have to pay duty... hope this helps although not Taiwan

Answer:

I ordered 12 tins of Cope and Skoal which came to $61.03 (they were on sale) and my taxes and duties came to $123 plus a $10 handling fee from Canada post. I saved $8.19 a tin. Taxes and duties depend on where you live ( I'm on Toronto) best to call CBSA and ask them how much it will cost, and the will spend on what the value of your order is, heres the number to call 1-800-461-9999

Answer:

I never had to show ID but they ask your age and may or may not check it against your credit card info. You have to sign for package when it arrives but no ID, at least not in my country.

Answer:

NO ID, though you will have to lie about your age upon ordering. Make sure you get the order right and assume massive duty and shipping charges. Once these smug b^&*^strds get your money there is no recourse and definite lack of customer "service".

I've ordered from northerner since 2015, about 13 orders-260 tins of copenhagen...until the end of dec 2016, their service desk was quick to answer questions...but starting in 2017, i have not gotten any answers on a shipment that they said was shipped and i was charged for, but has not arrived. on this site, a northerner rep was proactively answering comments...what happened?

Northerner does not seem to answer the contact emails (3 sent from their site). is there a phone number to call? i have had my order "processing" for a month.

Has anyone placed an order in saskatchewan, canada. and if so was there any issues. thanks in advance

Me and 2 of my friends make a order from northerner in the same time. one of us have his tobacco and we are still waiting. what is the time that i can start to worry about. there is over 2 weeks of waiting. order was placed in 26/11/15... poland.
