1. Clothes are made in Asia.
2. For shipping fee, it's free when order is over $109.
You need to add item into shopping cart and proceed with your shipping address and shipping fee will come up. It depends on pkg weight and distance.
3. Yes, currently return shipping fee is paid by buyers. In case of damage or wrong item, we will not require a return and we will issue a refund for it.
