It is far too difficult and expensive - I gave up and considered it money spent that will remind me to read reviews of companies BEFORE I order...
Do not order anything from this company. You can only return items to China which costs over $100!
It's a scam. They won't provide the info to return and even if they did, it's too expensive. And if it wasn't too expensive, they would never give u yur money back. REVERSE THE CHARGES ON YOUR CREDIT CARD BECAUSE THIS IS FRAUD!
