Do not send returns to this company - EVER! You have to pay for the shipping and customs charges to CHINA, which will be way more than you have already paid for the clothes. They will not give you a refund for the clothes either.

This company is definitely a scam... they are thieves and con artists.
- Anything you see on this site from 'Jules R.' 'Miss W' or any other 'Noracora Rep' is a lie.
- 8 months after ordering and countless attempts to get the money back they owe me ($92 is outstanding) I'm hoping to save others from falling for this scam.
- if you dispute with your credit card company, they send fake proof to the bank that the order has been fulfilled.
- Thousands of fake positive reviews here too - just look at the grammar/language and odd sentences used.

Yes. They will string you along with emails for a while and then kindly offer you 15 to 25% of your purchase price. Sending a flat rate box to China for about 5 lbs of clothes is around $90.00
This company is terrible.

You get only 15 days from the delivery date to return your item. You do need authorization. Go to their site and find the return policy. It takes a little digging to find it.

Good luck mine came from New Jersey address and took several weeks and got only partial crinkled up order
