How can I receive my money back because I have not gotten my orders yet

I always pay by credit card. If you did, file a complaint with your credit card company and ask to have the charges reversed. Mine did in 3 business days. Any other form if payment, while all these online companies says they are secure, you will never get your money back because they ignore you.
