Best thing is dispute the charges if you still can- NORACORA customer service is a fraud, there isn't any; the tracking numbers are possibly fake, too. They might send a few things every once in awhile, but generally they know that people are not ever going to get their money back once they've paid. Now they can use the Coronavirus as an excuse to never, ever ship orders. They are running multiple levels of fraud at the same time.
