The nextdoor system is that they have no way of reviewing an account without someone bringing it to their attention. Leads and many active members will slant their complaints to bully you, then nextdoor will finish the job by reps adding their own slanted analysis. Often, they only review the quantity of complaints of which to them represents that you are the problem. Obviously, any moron could figure this out, that if you post is something important, you will receive more complaints especially when if varies from the masses even though true. This is why, out of the active members, the good people are banned and the hoohas remain. To summarize, nextdoor is inept. I've often even seen illegal activities posted and remain, also supported by nextdoor against their own rules because it is popular amongst members. There are no rules with nextdoor other than what most people want. This is due to their broken business model that is riddled with hypocrisies.

Only Nextdoor Support can take action on Members account, no one else. We only take action on a members account when that member has violated our Nextdoor Guidelines: https://help.nextdoor.com/s/article/community-guidelines?language=en_US
