Probably the best route in my mind is the data protection, transparency, and privacy route. This is the only site that i know of that requires legal name along with an address and verification of some sort [phone, and some review sites say ssn?]

The lack of transparency of the company, along with the fact that it has raised over $200 million in venture capital funding means that it is probably collecting and selling all the personal data for a huge chunk of cash.

Thousands of posts about dogs and cats do not add up to a huge return on investment - it must be the personal verifiable data. Could also be a front for many govt agencies collecting info and keeping tabs on the sheeple.

May not have lots of luck with a data-based lawsuit because for some reason the usa doesn't treat citizens as having any value in the law - only corporations. I would like to start a movement to get laws passed that protect all data a person has and prevent any company from using data as a merchantable good.

Once the laws are in place, then the lawsuits can commence.

Boy is this topic right on point. Show me in the Constitution anywhere that the word Corporation is mentioned. It isn't and was done intentionally to protect and provide that individuals' rights were always above any Corporations. So, what happened!?
