LOL. You can't contact Nextdoor customer service when you have been deactivated. It sends you in a loop. Trash site with trashy, childish, inconsistent, inept corporate employees and business practices.

If you're having issues, you should contact Nextdoor Support. They'll be able to assist you with the issue or, if it's what you want, deactivate your account.
