Nextdoor relies on "Leads" who are nothing more than Neighbors who are randomly assigned extra power.

They are not paid and they are removed as Leads when racists, sexists, etc. complain about them trying to uphold the Guidelines by reporting them for inappropriate content.

The important thing to remember about Nextdoor is that its sole reason for existence is to sell users to advertisers. It cares about NOTHING else and will do nothing about the toxicity of its site until forced, by lawsuit, to do so.
