I would like to know how to get a refund? i placed an order on november 27 and still not received the product. tracking number ineligible. i paid through paypal. also, do you know in what state the company is located? i can't find an address, but was going to contact the attorney general to make a complaint about this company. Answer:

They show an address in City of Industry, California but are nowhere to be found. Just dispute the charges with paypal or the credit card company. They do not respond to them either because they are too busy scamming thousands of others.
